In addition to our monthly devotionals and weekly Bible studies, we have camps and retreats throughout the summer that help us focus on God and the kingdom. You can read about them below.
TEXOMA WORK CAMP / May 26-29, 2024
Texoma Work Camp's goal is to meet some tangible needs in the lives of people in our local area in the name of Jesus and alongside area churches. Projects our teens will be tackling will be in the realm of mowing lawns, pulling weeds, painting houses, mending fences, etc. Students entering 6th grade through high school graduates will find their hands full helping others! We could also use some adult help and supervision.
Camp Canaan is for our preteen students, those going into grades 3-6 in the fall, at Bridgeport Camp and Conference Center in Bridgeport, Texas. It's a great chance for younger students to get a first camp experience, filled with safe and fun activities!
Encounter is a camp on the campus of Lubbock Christian University. It is open to students entering 9th grade through high school graduates.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL / June 18-21, 2024
Our VBS is an exciting time for our younger kids to learn about God during the summer, and it also offers our teens a chance to lead and serve! (Work Day on June 17). This year's theme is Mystery Manor!
MISSION TRIP: FOSTER'S HOME FOR CHILDREN / JULY8-12, 2024
For Mission Trip this year we will be headed to Foster's Home for Children in Stephenville, TX. High school students can apply to join our team. We're excited about this new opportunity to share Christ in word and deed with Foster's! To sign up, speak to Steve Prock, Marcus Olds, or Adam Marshall.
CAMP ICHTHUS / July 14-19, 2024
Camp Ichthus is our summer camp for those going into 7-12 grades, located at the YMCA Collin County Adventure Camp. Cabins are air-conditioned, but many of our activities take place outdoors. Ichthus is led by youth ministers across North Texas, and it provides our teens a chance to develop relationships with other teens from nearby churches.
